Well, I just got the latest issue of Sunset in the mail, and they published an erratum in their cocoa recipe. Just as I thought, their recipe called for too much salt! Instead of 1/2 teaspoon of salt, the original recipe called for 1 tablespoon of salt. I am so glad I subjected mine to a taste test before gifting it. I imagine there are hundreds of cocoa-givers who had a shock upon reading that erratum. Yikes! I gave my boss salty cocoa! No wonder Jones got that promotion!
