I'm starting to feel a little nervous about that homemade ricotta I posted about a while ago... Nah, not really. There are some interesting questions raised in the comments to this news item. Namely, is outlawing illegal cheese in the best interest of public health, or in the best interest of multinational corporations such as Philip Morris (oops, I mean Kraft)? Although I'm the first to admit that the words "cheese" and "bathtub" should never be in the same sentence. Ugh, too close to that Seinfeld episode where Kramer makes a salad in his shower.
